A complete rental application packet will include:

  1. A rental application signed and thoroughly filled out. (Each co-resident must submit a separate application.)
  2. A rental qualifications form signed by all occupants.
  3. Two (2) of your most recent paycheck stubs (for everyone over the age of 18).
